We do not offer refunds on treatments, products, or prepaid packages. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final.

Gift Certificate Policy

·      All gift certificates are final sale and non-refundable.

·      Once purchased, gift certificates cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or any other products or services.

·      GST (Goods and Services Tax) will be applied when gift certificates are redeemed.

·      When you use a gift certificate for a service or product, any applicable taxes, including GST, will be added at the time of redemption.

Late Cancellation Fee:

·      A fee of $40 +GST will be applied for appointments that are canceled with less than 24 hours notice or for missed appointments. This fee is designed to compensate for the time and resources reserved for your appointment.
